Welcome to the Gentle Touch Family Dentistry virtual dental consult experience! We are excited to offer you this unique opportunity to consult with one of our dentists from the comfort of your own home.
We invite you to call our friendly Patient Coordinator at (518) 324-5555
to schedule your online consultation appointment that is most convenient for you. Please note that there is a $45 fee payable before your appointment. This fee can be paid over the phone or by using our secure
online payment option.
Prior to your appointment, we ask that you to fill out electronically the available health forms. These forms can be found on our website by clicking this link:

If you would like to share with the dentist any pictures or radiographs, please use one of the three methods below:
- Email using our Secure Email Portal
- Fax at (518) 324-5898
- Drop directly at our office located at 67 Smithfield Blvd. Plattsburgh
Once your virtual dental consult is booked, we will send you a confirmation. If you need to change your appointment time, we ask for a 48-hour notice so that another patient may take your time slot.
A second appointment reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. This reminder email will have the website link you will need to enter your virtual dental consultation.
