Prior to joining The Gentle Touch Team, I had 10 years experience of Dental Assisting within the local dental community, the change to Dr. Szmigiel's office has been one of the most rewarding changes that could have come my way. The atmosphere of the office is one that encourages team work and growth for everyone here, not to mention the incredible level of communication the doctor has with the entire staff.
She promotes a respectful and open atmosphere for all members of her staff and this transfers over to how every member of our team relates to not only each other but to the patients. I believe it is very obvious to each person who encounters our office that we as a team honestly enjoy working with each other and enjoy doing our best to make each patient's experience as comfortable and relaxing as we possibly can.Working at Gentle Touch Family Dentistry is an amazing opportunity for me! I enjoy being able to help patients with every aspect of their visit from the moment they walk in - to assisting the doctor during treatment, and helping patients maximize their dental benefits. In my spare time I love spending time with my family. We enjoy camping, hiking, and even the occasional outing on the lake in our little row boat. During the winter we like to tuck away inside and watch movies or play games as a family to keep us busy.
